The Beverly Hospital/Addison Gilbert Hospital CV Service Line integrates cardiology practices and hospital services into a patient-centric model of care that works horizontally across the care continuum, organized in a way that cardiovascular patients experience healthcare. The service line provides for organizational, strategic, operations and financial alignment regardless of where cardiovascular services are delivered.

The Cardiovascular Service Line (CVSL) Director provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure high-quality, financially sustainable cardiovascular services. Partnering closely with the Medical Director, this role advances program growth, performance improvement, and collaboration across clinical and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operational, financial, and quality initiatives for the CVSL, including non-invasive testing sites and the Cardiovascular Suite.
  • Collaborate with physicians, hospital leaders, and system stakeholders to advance CVSL goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, performance dashboards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support growth strategies such as physician engagement and marketing.
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary committees and lead provider group relations.
  • Implement cardiovascular care protocols and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare.
  • Strong analytical, operational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in cardiovascular services and complex health systems preferred.
  • RN license preferred.

Pay Range:

$185,000.00 USD – $200,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
