Role Overview
The Clinical Manager is a key leadership role with 24/7 accountability for operations, patient care quality, staffing, and resource management. This leader drives best practices, ensures regulatory compliance, strengthens team performance, and collaborates across disciplines to support an exceptional patient and staff experience. Responsibilities include oversight of clinical care delivery, quality improvement, budgeting, staff development, and coordination of admissions and discharges.
Required Qualifications
Current Connecticut RN license
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Minimum 3 years’ experience with similar patient populations
Supervisory/leadership experience (clinical setting preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Nursing or related field (or current enrollment)
Current BLS certification
