Overview
The Director of Nursing Experiential Education plays a vital role in fostering partnerships and coordinating experiential learning opportunities for students within the Department of Nursing and the broader School of Nursing and Health Sciences (SNHS). This position works closely with students, faculty, and colleagues across the school, as well as clinical leadership teams from healthcare organizations throughout Rhode Island, the greater New England region, and internationally. Serving as the primary point of contact for the logistical coordination of global and experiential education programs, this role also oversees cultural and mission-driven immersion experiences offered by the Department of Nursing.

The school is located in the Ben Mondor Center for Nursing and Health Sciences, a state-of-the-art, 153,000 sq. ft facility opened in January 2025.
