Join our dynamic team at MiraVista Behavioral Health Center in Holyoke, MA, where we’re seeking an ambitious and dedicated individual to step into the role of Associate Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO). As an integral part of our leadership team, you’ll work closely with our Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to shape the future of nursing care delivery and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

To be considered, we require:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Licensed RN with a current Massachusetts license.
• Current RN license without restrictions.
• At least five (5+) years of experience in management and supervisory nursing roles; the most recent three (3) of the last five (5) years of leadership must have been in a direct leadership role in a hospital setting or direct patient care environment, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

• Education Development. Supporting the growth and development of our nursing staff is essential. You’ll collaborate with educators to address learning needs and ensure our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional care.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration. Building strong relationships with physicians and healthcare providers is crucial. By working closely with colleagues, you’ll set goals for improvement and drive positive change in patient care and system enhancements.
